N-project is originated from the Noto Peninsula,Ishikawa Prefectre in Japan.Started in March 2014,we who go to university in Kanazawa City cooperate with local cellars and farmers to promote the concept “make the young generation passionate about Japanese Sake,Noto and agriculture”.Showcasing the charm of Noto,we launch articles about rice cultivation,Sake production and product development.Our goal is to brand Noto agriculture and Japanese Sake,and eventually to enlarge the younger fan base.
